OMVIC Annual Meeting Invitation

OMVIC invites all dealers and salespersons to its Annual Meeting being held at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 12, 2025, at the Novotel Toronto North York, Gibson Ballroom, 3 Park Home Avenue, Toronto, Ontario and online.

Join us for this informative event, which will include:

• A comprehensive review of the previous year.
• A presentation of the audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024.
• The election of directors.

Registration Deadlines 

For Dealers:

• In-person attendance: Register by 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 5, 2025.
• Virtual attendance / Final deadline for dealer registration (voting eligibility): Register by 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 10, 2025.

Dealers who do not register by 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, may still view the meeting via live stream but will not be eligible to vote.

For Salespersons:

• In-person attendance: Register by 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 5, 2025.
• Virtual attendance: May register at any time before the meeting. A livestream link will be provided upon registration.

Voting

Only dealers may vote at the Annual Meeting. A dealer is entitled to one (1) vote per legal entity on each matter considered. Branches registered under a legal entity are not eligible for separate votes.

Voting credentials and a secure Zoom link will be sent to eligible dealers 24 hours before the meeting by Data On the Spot (DOTS).

Voting will open at 2:30 p.m. on June 12, 2025, and close as each agenda item is addressed.
