This interruption applies only to individuals or businesses who currently do not have an account on the OMVIC portal. Those with accounts can continue to access online services for their existing registrations, including submitting requests, renewing applications, and completing routine transactions.
During this period, prospective applicants and dealerships hiring new staff may experience delays with services such as new dealer or salesperson registration applications if the applicant does not have an existing account.
Please be aware that registration processing may be delayed until these services are restored.
