OMVIC’s New Online Services Portal Coming Soon!

What do you need to know?

To improve the online registrant experience, OMVIC has been working to provide you with a new online services portal. The new portal will enhance services by increasing access to information, as well as adding new features and self-serve functionalities. These updates will allow registrants to easily submit and access their files and information anytime and anywhere.

This upgrade will also improve operations and the registrant/applicant experience by modernizing the core operating system and upgrading OMVIC’s digital capabilities.

How will this impact you?

Online registration services and application processing will be unavailable from 5:00 p.m. EDT on Tuesday, May 2 until Monday, May 8.

Please be advised that we are currently experiencing application processing delays. We have taken measures to address the backlog and are diligently working to reduce these delays. The registration department is responding to all inquiries and applications in the order received.
