REMINDER: OMVIC Annual Meeting – Register Today

This is a reminder that OMVIC’s Annual Meeting will take place on Thursday, June 12, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. All dealers and salespersons are invited to attend either in person at the Novotel Toronto North York or virtually. 

We encourage all participants to complete their registration in advance by the deadlines below. To register directly, please click here. 

Registration Deadlines

For Dealers: 

  • In-person attendance: Register by 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 5, 2025. 
  • Virtual attendance / Final deadline for dealer registration (voting eligibility): Register by 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 10, 2025. 

Dealers who do not register by 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, may still view the meeting via live stream but will not be eligible to vote. 

Please note: Only dealers are eligible to vote. Each dealer is entitled to one (1) vote per legal entity. Voting credentials and a secure Zoom link will be issued 24 hours before the meeting by Data On the Spot (DOTS). 

For Salespersons: 

  • In-person attendance: Register by 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 5, 2025. 
  • Virtual attendance: May register at any time before the meeting. A live stream link will be provided upon registration. 

Meeting Overview

The Annual Meeting will include: 

  • A review of the previous year’s activities  
  • Presentation of the audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024 
  • Election of directors
