Maintaining Registration During the COVID-19 Crisis

The unprecedented health crisis we currently face has required complex and rapid business decisions – it has also impacted OMVIC’s capacity to maintain some service levels.

While Registration staff is still available to assist registrants with renewals (and applications) via email, OMVIC strongly encourages dealers and salespeople to use its Online Registration Services to renew or change registration. Renewals and changes can be completed entirely online, ensuring no disruption of registration. New salesperson applications can also be submitted entirely online.

Please note: the processing of renewals/changes/applications submitted by regular mail (paper applications) may be delayed.
