Flexible office space update

Please be advised that as of August 28, 2023, OMVIC will no longer publish third-party office location providers as OMVIC-authorized locations, including any previously listed companies. We have removed all mention of these providers from our website.

Next steps

New dealer applicants or registrants looking to use or relocate to a third-party office space provider must provide a lease or rental agreement in the applicant’s/registrant’s name and a zoning letter from their municipality with the application.

How will this affect you?

Dealers who are already registered and using Intelligent Office as their business address or record storage address will not be affected by this change. However, all dealers must follow this new procedure when renewing a contract. If you have any pending applications with the Intelligent Office address and have already signed the agreement with them, this change will not affect your application process.
