OMVIC Annual Meeting invitation

OMVIC invites all dealers and salespeople to its Annual Meeting being held at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 19, at the Novotel Toronto North York, Gibson Ballroom, 3 Park Home Avenue, Toronto, Ontario and online. 

Join us for this informative event, which will include a comprehensive review of the previous year, a presentation of the audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2023, and the election of directors.

All OMVIC registrants and the general public are welcome to attend. Pre-registration is required by the deadlines outlined below. To pre-register for in-person or virtual attendance at the 2024 OMVIC Annual Meeting, please click here.  

• Pre-registration for in-person attendance closes at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 12, 2024. 
• Pre-registration for virtual attendance closes at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 18, 2024. 

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with further details about the OMVIC Annual Meeting. 

Voting:  

Only Dealer Members may vote at the Annual Meeting. Following registration, Dealer Members will receive voting credentials from Data On the Spot (DOTS) 24 hours before the meeting. Dealer Members attending virtually will also receive a secure Zoom link. Please note that as a result of the 2023 amendments to OMVIC’s By-Law No. 1, voting by proxy is no longer permitted. Consequently, all voting will occur on the day of the meeting using the voting credentials received from DOTS.  

Voting for all matters, including the election of directors, will open at 2:30 p.m. on June 19 and will close as each matter is addressed on the agenda.
